New Holland's broad product range leaves customers spoilt for
choice, with a comprehensive catalogue of round balers, big balers,
telehandlers and an unrivalled series of tractors to suit every
requirement. The ever-impressive FX completes the picture, offering
up to 600 hp of forage harvesting power.
The New Holland balers have benefited from a number of upgrades
recently. For the BR560A fixed chamber round baler, a new rotor
reverser is available as a dealer fit option. The reverser, similar
to that used on the variable chamber models, allows the rotor and
pickup to be reversed gently and progressively using a hydraulic
pawl and ratchet system.
The BR740A and BR750A stuffer-feeder variable chamber round balers
feature a new stuffer-feeder design, with longer tines to improve
the geometry of the tine stroke, resulting in a more efficient
crop transfer from pickup to bale chamber. By increasing the transfer
speed, the capacity performance of the baler is increased by up
to 25% in comparison to the previous stuffer-feeder models.
All of New Holland's rotor-feeder and CropCutter™ round
baler models can benefit from a new roller crop press attachment
fitted by the dealer. Fixed to the existing plated windguard, the
crop press improves the pickup performance and material transfer
to the rotor-feeder, increasing performance by up to 15%.
These models and features will be demonstrated and explained at
Grassland, allowing visitors to fully appreciate why New Holland
