A strong day’s trading for the Whinfellpark Herd of Messrs Jenkinson, Clifton Moor, Penrith, Cumbria was confirmed when the January 2010 born heifer calf, Whinfellpark Fanzine, led the British Limousin Cattle Society’s Weaned Calf Sale at 9,000gns on Friday 17th December 2010.

This followed on from the day’s earlier sale, the premier Red Ladies female sale, where Whinfellpark Ena also topped the trade at 14,000gns.

Sired by the 20,000gns Ampertaine Commander, Barrons Fantastic is out of the homebred Barrons Vixen, a Moero daughter.
