Martyn Gardner has been appointed as Western Area Sales Manager at Standen Engineering Ltd, with responsibility for the promotion and sales of Standen-Pearson Potato Systems products and rotary tillers throughout the west of England.
Martyn also has an excellent track record in sales, with two Shropshire
machinery dealers. Martyn also brings with him a wealth of practical
field experience; after working on the family farm he started his
machinery career as an agricultural mechanic, then as tractor driver
and machinery operator.

Having operated bed tillers, de-stoners, planters and potato harvesters, Martyn’s practical knowledge and abilities mean he will be a most useful addition to the Standen sales team.
With more than 90 employees, Standen Engineering Ltd manufactures a wide range of potato bed formers, rotary tillers, planters, de-stoners, toppers and harvester at its factory in the city of Ely, Cambridgeshire, under the Standen-Pearson brand. Many of the company’s unique technologies are protected by worldwide patents.
