The lucky winner of the Crop Packaging Association's free
prize draw in 2005 will receive a complete silage wrapping system
including a McHale 991 bale wrapper, a pallet of netwrap and a
pallet of stretch film.
The prize, which is worth approximately £20,000, also includes
a trip for two to the Agritechnica Show in Hannover, Germany in
November, where a presentation will be made to the winner.
Entry to the competition is FREE. The Crop Packaging Association,
which was set up four years ago to support large scale farmers
and contractors involved in crop baling and wrapping, is a free
subscription service and provides news, information and technical
support as well as competitions and incentives. All subscribers
are automatically entered into the 2005 competition.
Those who wish to enter simply fill in a prize draw entry card
available from the Crop Packaging Association, PO Box 90, Alton,
Hampshire GU34 1XR; or call the Deal Locator on Freephone 0800
068 9914 in the UK or 1850 272272 in Ireland; or alternatively
log on at www.croppackaging.com to complete an entry online.
This is the latest in a series of annual prize draws organised
by the Crop Packaging Association. Previous prizes have included
a Kverneland bale wrapper, a John Deere CoverEdge baler, a New
Holland BR baler and, in 2004, a McHale Fusion baler wrapper, which
was won by Somerset contractor Michael Hine. Last year's
competition attracted nearly 5000 entries.
