A NEW idea-packed booklet full of great recipes for Summertime
beef and lamb dishes is about to appear in butchers' shops across
England.
The English Beef and Lamb Executive (EBLEX) is providing 500,000
of the colourful Tuck-in 7 recipe booklets to give customers some
tasty tips for the warm and sunny days ahead (we hope!).
Fully illustrated, the booklet is the latest in an increasingly
popular series which highlights both traditional regional recipes
and new ideas while at the same time looking at the best ways to
use English Quality beef and lamb during the different seasons.
Andrew Garvey, EBLEX Head of Marketing, said: "Anyone who
enjoys their beef and lamb should do their best to pick up one
of our booklets for some excellent summer eating.
"Whether you are having a barbecue, watching sport in the
sun or just making the most of the garden there will be something
