A specialised shearling lamb feeder with either 300 kg or 600 kg bulk feed capacity is now available from Staffordshire-based livestock equipment manufacturer IAE.

The 'Hogg Feeder', which IAE believes to be the only fully galvanised model on the market, is designed for ad lib feeding of concentrate rations, providing 2.5 metres of trough space on each side.

The feed hopper is fitted with adjustable flow plates and a lockable, full-length hinged lid. Other features include adjustable legs, plus strong lifting loops and pallet fork lifting points for easy relocation.
