Case IH is continuing to expand the parts offered for older machines
by adding a further 200 items to its heritage parts inventory in
the first two months of 2006. David Brown, International Harvester
and Case models, as well as Case IH's older machines, owners will
all benefit from this wider range, allowing them to keep 'old faithfuls'
and cherished models running smoothly.
The Gold Value programme is at the heart of Case IH's approach
to heritage tractors. Edoardo Giacone, Aftersales Marketing Manager
for UK and ROI, outlined the principles of this programme. "Gold
Value is the ideal service for customers with tractors of ten years
old or more. It combines high quality with good value to create
a cost-effective solution to keeping heritage tractors up and running.
"Gold Value parts must be good quality and must recognise
the value of the machines that they are to be used on. No matter
what price you pay for a part, it is a waste of money if it does
not work properly. All Gold Value parts have been designed and
approved to work with the Case IH family of machines, to give the
very best performance.
"However Gold Value parts are also very competitively priced,
significantly lowering the cost of keeping a second or third tractor
operational. Great build quality means there are many hours left
in these machines but they do not justify on-going high spending."
A six-month warranty and prices up to 22 per cent lower than standard
parts mean the Gold Value parts certainly fulfil the demanding
criteria laid down by Case IH.
The range of Gold Value items is available through the brand's
dealer network, backed by the reassurance of dealer expertise and
Case IH extensive aftersales and logistics service. Parts can be
ordered through the brands parts system, ensuring a rapid turn-around.
A new detailed catalogue of Gold Value parts will be available
from Case IH dealers in the new year.
