The 10th Annual Belgian Blue Beef (BBB) Sale will be held April 1, 2006, at 1:00 P.M, at the Heely Livestock Market, Inc., Hwy. 32 and U in El Dorado Springs, Mo. The deadline for Nominations is March 5, 2006.

2006 marks the 10th Annual BBB Sale, but it is the first since all US BB breeders have united under one association, the American Belgian Blue Breeders Association, Inc. (ABBB). This translates into a greater number of breeders participating.

"Commercial and purebred breeders alike will find what they are looking for at this Belgian Blue Beef sale, a full range of BBB cattle will be on offer" explains Steve Dollarhide, a Belgian Blue Breeder from Oklahoma and ABBB Board Member. Steve add, "Bulls and females will be available which means potential buyers can get quality genetics to build their Belgian Blue Program whereas commercial breeders will have an opportunity to pick-up serviceable genetics for their herds or cattle for feedlots."
