A move to brand new purpose-built premises has underlined Pecks
AgriTrac's commitment to the Case IH brand and its desire to offer
customers the highest standards of customer care and service quality.
The move from Kirton to Spalding, Lincolnshire, has involved considerable
investment for Pecks AgriTrac, but managing director, Ian Loversidge
believes it is all worthwhile. “We are delighted to be up
and running and to have the latest resources to meet our growing
needs and that of our customers. The Case IH brand continues to
move from strength to strength with a first-class product range
and we are looking to cement our partnership with our first-class
sales and service operation.”
The new premises have been designed by Pecks AgriTrac to suit
their specific needs and, in addition to being fitted with the
latest diagnostic and service equipment, now have the capacity
to simultaneously service four AFX combines or STX Quadtracs. Pecks
AgriTrac’s experienced sales staff and highly qualified technicians
have made the move to the dedicated Case IH sales and support facilities
to ensure a smooth continuity of customer assistance.
Charles Blessley, marketing manager for Case IH, recognises the
commitment that Pecks AgriTrac has made in response to modern farming
practices. “As the financial constraints imposed upon the
farming economy drive the trend to bigger, more cost effective
farming solutions, so many farmers are turning to Case IH for its
high capacity machinery. This type of kit needs a professional
local dealer who is prepared to invest in the future of not only
their own business but that of their customers. Pecks AgriTrac
has done that and we will be working in close partnership to ensure
that the future is bright for farmers in the region.”
