(74-98hp), MF 5400 Series (75hp to 125hp), which is now available
with the four-step, Dyna-4 transmission, as well as an MF 6480
(145hp) – all of which are ideally suited to dairy farming
and mixed work. The company will also be showing its new MF 900
tractor loader range, which offers unrivalled visibility and ease
of attachment, as well as its models from its MF 8900 telescopic
              handler range and AgTvs.
“At Massey Ferguson we look carefully at all the shows and
exhibitions to find the events that will provide us and our customers
with the most benefit,” explains Tony Cox, MF’s market
services manager. “We examine each opportunity on its own
merits, and currently we are focusing particularly on the specialist
events that attract serious working farmers.

“Massey Ferguson has decided the Dairy Event will provide
us with the best opportunity to meet with progressive farmers from
the dairy sector this year. We also acknowledge that other livestock
farmers, involved in beef and sheep, will also attend,” he
              adds.

RABDF’s chief executive, Nick Everington comments: “As
a farmer run event, we welcome the return of Massey Ferguson to
the Dairy Event, which despite operating in a contracting industry,
continues to expand. Last year more than 390 stands were booked
a 30% increase on 2002.” He adds: “We believe the Dairy
Event offers the best opportunity in the UK for exhibitors and
livestock farmers to meet and do business, and once again we have
organised a comprehensive range of working demonstrations, live
exhibits, seminars and many other activities specifically designed
to help farmers run their businesses.”
