| 04/09/06 A RAFT of first class advice aimed at helping dairy farmers make
            the most of their cattle will be on hand at the Dairy
            Event at Stoneleigh
            on September 20 and 21.
 Specialists will be on hand on the English Beef and Lamb Executive
            (EBLEX) stand to give breeding and selection advice and the results
            of new research into finishing dairy cull cows will be revealed.
 Other specialist help on offer includes:
 
            The stand, in the Beef From The Dairy Herd area, will also host
              butchery demonstrations designed to show the difference between
              fat and lean carcases as well as displaying seam butchery techniques.Cull cow liveweight grading.The use of EBVs to help dairy farmers
