The latest milking machine systems and calf rearing equipment
will be featured by the world’s leading manufacturers at
the Dairy Event to be staged on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20
September at Stoneleigh Park by its organisers the Royal Association
of British Dairy Farmers.
Over the two days, farmers will be able to weigh up the benefits
of the full range of milking systems on the market, from the latest
rapid exit and rotary to herringbone and robotic. In addition, specialists
will be on hand to offer advice on all aspects of each system along
with parlour design for not only cows but also goats and sheep.
In addition, this year for the first time visitors will have access
to the most comprehensive range of calf feeding systems including
a computerised feeder demonstration featuring live calves. Advice
on calf nutrition, housing and marketing will also be available
throughout the two day event.
