Autumn Lamb Takes Centre Stage In New Vodcasts

Consumers can now cook the best of Autumn lamb side by side with BBC2's Urban Chef Oliver Rowe - thanks to three new vodcasts published this week.

In the vodcasts, now available as free downloads in Lamby's kitchen at beefyandlamby.co.uk, Oliver shows just how easy it is to cook quick and easy lamb dishes with Quality Standard lamb.

This forms the latest phase of the promotional campaign being run by the English Beef and Lamb Executive (EBLEX) to encourage sales of quality lamb during the current crisis.

Earlier this month, over three million copies of Oliver's booklet of Quality Standard Autumn lamb recipes were distributed to consumers.

Last week Beefy and Lamby 'Dish of the Day' posters promoting Quality Standard lamb and beef appeared at over 800 sites outside supermarkets across the country.
