In Switzerland, Agriculture and Food Science is taught and researched
at university level only at the ETH-Zurich. With around 750 students,
the Agriculture and Food Science Department is one of the largest
in the ETH. The Department comprises at present 18 Professors in
four Institutes (Food Science, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science
and Plant Science), with about 400 scientific co-workers. |
